The Land and Sea tour takes us around the beautiful and captivating capital of Basseterre, which was first settled by the French in 1625. As we journey into Basseterre we will find the unique and quaint Pelican Shopping Mall, adjoining the National Museum presently housed in the former Treasury Building. The structure with the clocks on all four sides is called the Berkeley Memorial which is a replica of the Piccadilly Circus in London. Independence Square was a slave market where slaves were sold.

The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church will be on the right side. The top of the street on the east side you will find a monument of queen Victoria, Also in the capital you will see the police headquarters the main station on the island, her majesty prison, St George Anglican Church, the ferry and bus terminal, the war memorial built in honor of World War 1 and 2 for men who fought the British arm force war.

As we go west on your tour we will come across various historical sites namely Bloody Point where the British and French coalition slaughtered the Carib Indians, Romney Manner home of Caribelle Batik, which have lush tropical cattail, fire cracker, fan palm.

After Romney Manner we journey west and head to the Friar’s Bay at Carambola Beach Club where our guest can enjoy the warm sun and white sandy beach for two hours beach time. This beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. Jet skies, tubing, sailing and kayaking are some of the water sports activities you can find on this beach.

Optional Pick up time would be between 1:00pm and 3:00pm via a sea taxi (boat).  We will pass a outline of rock the was supposed to be a dolphin park but it is now a nice place for snorkeling where you can find turtles, sting rays and our beautiful marine life and others sights such as Discovery beach bar, Sunset beach bar and Ship wreck beach bar just to name a few. We will pass Bird Rock Beach Hotel along our way and here is where the dolphin park is located. Real estate will be our next viewing and we will give more insight as to pricing and which has citizenship attach to them.

Finally we would arrive at  the Porte Zante Marina where a 3 min walk away from the cruise ship.
